Language training for
companies - since 2004.
Despite the use of apps and AI, foreign language skills are still one of the most important basic and additional qualifications and are often the decisive factor for professional success.
Step forward offers more than just a general language course: all of our instructors come from business and technical backgrounds and have many years of experience in corporate training. The training programme and teaching materials are specially designed for working learners and, of course, the lessons are conducted in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- In-house language courses for companies
- Training on the job
(e.g. telephone training, presentation training) - Business workshops
- Exam preparation
Step forward – the team
Step forward was founded in 2004 by Petra Rauscher and is still owner-managed today. It began with Business English lessons in well-known companies in the Zollernalb district, which are still part of the active customer base today. Due to high demand, further languages and German as a foreign language were added to the programme in 2005. To this day, Business English and Technical English are the most popular courses.
